Joshua Russert

Joshua Russert currently serves as the Sales and Outreach Manager at Dancing Goats® Coffee, a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include planning and executing promotional activities and supporting catering efforts. Previously, Joshua co-founded B. Fuller's Mortar & Pestle, growing the tea company into a recognized brand with significant annual sales growth. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Director of Retail Operations at Zoka Coffee Roaster and Tea Company, and Senior Learning Specialist at Starbucks Coffee Company, where Joshua delivered extensive training and operational management. Joshua's early career includes contributions as a Lead Classroom Trainer at FareStart, focusing on job skills for disadvantaged youth. Educational credentials include two Bachelor's degrees in Mass Communication and Communication and Media Studies from Seattle University.
