Ava Riedesel

Ava Riedesel, LCSW-S, currently serves as the Clinical Quality Lead at Grow Therapy since November 2023. Previously, Ava held the position of Clinical Lead - Psychotherapy at Wheel from September 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical operations for multiple Behavioral Health platforms and managing a team of BH Clinician Champions. Prior to this, from December 2013 to December 2020, Ava was the Lead Clinician at Mental Health Systems, providing crisis intervention and supervising clinical staff while managing a diverse caseload of clients with severe and persistent mental illness. Ava's extensive experience encompasses individual and group therapy, clinical assessment, and teaching within practicum programs. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and a Master of Social Work in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Boston University.
