Ben Schmidt

Ben Schmidt is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Grow Therapy since September 2024 and as an Outpatient Therapist at Carrollton Springs since July 2022. Previously, Ben worked as a Primary Therapist at Charlie Health from July 2023 to July 2024, focusing on individual and group services for adolescents and young adults while acquiring clinical hours to become fully licensed (LPC-Associate) under the supervision of Denise Smith. Ben's early career included roles as a Barista at Starbucks, a Work Study Student at Austin College, a Food Server at C. C. Young Senior Care, and a Coach at ASI Gymnastics. Ben holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Austin College.
