Derek Lee

Derek Lee has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare and consulting industries. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Insurance Operations and Head of RCM Operations at Grow Therapy. Prior to this, they were the Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations at DaVita Kidney Care from 2020-2021. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Private Equity Intern at Tyree & D'Angelo Partners. In 2017, they were a Summer Consultant at Parthenon-EY. From 2012-2018, they held various roles at DaVita Kidney Care, including Manager, Special Projects, Supervisor, Special Projects, and Revenue Analyst.

Derek Lee completed a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Society and Genetics (minor) from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012. Derek then obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University in February 2014. In 2016, Derek earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
