Jessy Fijak

Jessy Fijak, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in providing therapeutic services across various mental health settings. Currently working at Grow Therapy and Redlak Recovery Center, Jessy specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and addiction through evidence-based modalities. Previous roles include providing individual and group therapy for substance use disorders and eating disorders at Bright Heart Health, founding Wandering Wellness to increase access to holistic health services, and offering specialized therapy to trauma victims during an internship at The Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center.
