Lee Nutini

Lee Nutini is a legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare regulatory counsel. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Grow Therapy since October 2024, Lee previously held multiple roles at Ro from April 2021 to October 2024, including Associate Director and Senior Counsel, where responsibilities included navigating regulatory environments and promoting compliance in clinical operations. Prior to that, Lee worked as a Healthcare Associate at King & Spalding, providing counsel in fraud and abuse litigation and disputes, and defended healthcare entities at Gideon, Cooper & Essary, PLC. Lee began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, participation in Yale University's Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics Summer Institute, and a Master’s degree from St. John's College, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University in Philosophy and Spanish.
