Federico Fabiano

Federico Fabiano is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance at Hex Trust. Prior to this, they were with Bouygues Group as their Senior Legal Counsel APAC from September 2018 to November 2021. Federico was with Generali Asia as their Regional Legal Counsel APAC from August 2015 to August 2018 and was based in Hong Kong. Federico started their career as an intern with KhattarWong in September 2008 and then moved on to ORCOM C&A ADVISORS Tax, Accounting & Advisory as their Legal Manager in May 2009. In January 2010, they joined Watson Farley & Williams as an Associate in their Hong Kong office.

Federico Fabiano has a LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore, a LL.M. in International Business Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and a LL.B. in Law from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. Federico is certified by The Law Society of Hong Kong as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, by Milan Bar Counsel as an Italian Lawyer, and by National University of Singapore as a Master of Laws (LLM).
