Lydia Nichols

Lydia Nichols has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Resident Assistant at Liberty University in 2016. In 2018 they held a Store Management Intern role at Bloomingdale's, and the following year they were promoted to Business Manager, Associate Manager, and Executive Development Trainee. In 2020, they joined Grow Therapy as Operations Manager and Provider Growth Lead. Lydia is currently a Founding Member of the CoS Membership Network at Primary Mastermind Network.

Lydia Nichols attended Liberty University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications and Marketing Analytics.
