Sara Hook

Sara Hook is a dedicated clinical therapist currently managing a private practice at Grow Therapy, where trauma-informed therapy is provided to clients focused on improving their mental health. With extensive experience at Advantage Behavioral Health Systems in various roles, including team lead and clinician, Sara has developed a strong foundation in integrated care. Previous positions include a graduate assistant role at Auburn University, where involvement in Violence Prevention and Survivor Advocacy programs took place, and a social work internship with the United States Army, focusing on behavioral health assessments.
