Therapy Excellence Physical Therapy
Derek Alexander PT, DPT, COMT, FAAOMPT is an experienced physical therapist currently serving as the Director of Clinical Excellence at Therapy Excellence Physical Therapy since July 2021. Concurrently, Derek also works as a physical therapist at Therapy Excellence, Inc. Previous positions include Center Manager and Physical Therapist at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation from September 2018 to July 2021, and working as a Home Health Physical Therapist as an Independent Contractor from January 2013 to July 2021. Additional roles include physical therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy from June 2013 to September 2018 and at Therapy Excellence Inc. from June 2012 to March 2013. Derek earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman's University between 2009 and 2012.
