Aedín O'Neill

Aedín O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Ulster Journals Ltd for four years. Aedín then took on temporary positions through the Working Holiday Visa program from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Armstrong Medical Ltd as a Marketing & Design Coordinator and later became a Sales Executive and Marketing Manager. From 2011 to 2012, Aedín worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at PathXL. Aedín then moved to Loud Mouth Media Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing Director. During their time at Loud Mouth Media, they contributed to its growth and achievements, such as winning Best Small PPC Agency in the UK in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, Aedín founded Grow Web Ltd and currently holds the position of Founder and Digital Advertising Director.

Aedín O'Neill has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University, obtained in 2003. Aedín then pursued an MA in Marketing from Ulster University, which they completed in 2004. In 2011-2012, they attended The Marketers' Forum and obtained a CAM Diploma in Integrating Digital Media & Branding, specializing in Digital Marketing. Aedín also holds additional certifications, including being a Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft and a Google AdWords Qualified Individual from Google, both obtained in 2014.
