Filip Konieczny

Filip Konieczny is a Full Stack Engineer and Python Developer at Growbots since October 2016, where initial responsibilities included resolving technical issues as the first technical member of the Customer Success team. Filip successfully established processes for customer issue resolution, identified common problems, and facilitated communication between the Product team and customer-facing teams. In August 2018, a transition to a new team focused on email deliverability led to the co-creation of a service for automatic deliverability reports and internal insights. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at DaftCode, where Filip directed the development of a web application, and at 10Clouds, contributing to web applications in an agile environment.
