Sagun Shrestha has worked in various roles since 2008. sagun began their career as a Trainee (Junior) Assistant at Nepal Industrial and Commercial Bank in 2008. sagun then worked as a Billing System Supervisor at Spice Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (Meromobile) in the same year. In 2010, they took on the role of Freelancer. In 2011, they became a Business Analyst at Pioneer Solutions LLC. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at GrowByData in various roles, including Principal QA Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer/ QA Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, and Requirements Manager. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager at WebSupreme / Sofos Softwares in 2015.

Sagun Shrestha completed their School Leaving Certificate (Secondary School) from Mahendra Adarsha Vidyashram from 1990 to 2001. sagun then attended United Academy from 2001 to 2003, where they earned their High School degree in Science (10+2). From 2003 to 2007, they attended St. Xavier's College and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Information Management. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they attended DAV (NIT - IGNOU) and earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance.
