Catherine Clark has extensive experience in executive and finance leadership roles. Catherine currently serves as the Managing Director of Cristallum Limited, providing board level advice on financial, strategic, commercial, and operational matters. Catherine also offers CFO mentoring and training, as well as mental wellbeing mentoring. Catherine is also a keynote speaker on current issues facing leaders.
In addition, Catherine is the Lead CFO Mentor and facilitator of the CFO Programme at GrowCFO, where they support and inspires CFOs and aspiring finance leaders to excel in their roles. Catherine runs and facilitates the CFO Programme and monthly CFO Unite sessions, providing a safe and engaging space for CFOs to learn, think, and reflect in a supportive peer group.
Catherine's previous experience includes serving as the Group Finance Director at Steer Davies Gleave, a leading international transport consultancy, where they provided strategic transport planning and advisory services. Catherine was also the UK Financial Controller at Ricardo, a market-leading engineering and consultancy firm.
Prior to their leadership roles, Catherine worked as an Assistant Audit Manager at KPMG UK, gaining valuable experience in auditing.
Catherine is also involved in mentoring, serving as a mentor at the ICAEW.

Catherine Clark received a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University, which they completed between 1994 and 1997. Catherine then pursued a Chartered Accountancy program at the ICAEW from 1997 to 2000. In 2013, they enrolled at the Institute of Directors (IoD) for an unspecified program. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe in June 2021.
