Premal Parekh has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Premal served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Transformation & Investments, Operations at LSEG, a global financial services company. Prior to this, they joined the Blackstone-owned Refinitiv business, which later became a part of LSEG. Parekh also worked as a Finance Director at CBRE, a Fortune 500 real estate services firm, where they drove revenue expansion and implemented various strategies for growth. Premal has extensive experience in financial governance, risk management, and P&L management. Additionally, Parekh has taken on advisory board roles and served as a member of various organizations focused on finance and leadership.
Premal Parekh has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Premal holds a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they have obtained various qualifications related to their field. These include becoming a Fellow of Chartered Accountants (FCA) from ICAEW, obtaining a Diploma in Corporate Finance (CF) from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), and becoming an Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) from ICAEW. Premal has also earned the designation of Business and Finance Professional (BFP) from ICAEW. Furthermore, Premal Parekh completed their A-Levels and GCSEs at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. Currently, they are pursuing further professional development by undertaking the CFO Programme at GrowCFO, which is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
