Enrica Lipari (LION)

Enrica Lipari (LION) has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as an HR Human Capital & Diversity professional at Accenture S.p.A. In 2009, they joined Driveservice S.p.A. as an HR Generalist, where they handled recruitment, training, and employee relations.

From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Neomobile, first as an HR Recruitment, Training, and Internal Communication professional, then as an HR Business Partner, HR Horizontal Manager and Business Partner, HR Senior Manager, and finally as the People Director. In these roles, they managed various HR functions, including recruitment, training, talent management, and employee engagement.

Following their time at Neomobile, they co-founded BrekIN Srls in 2013 and served as a Co-founder until 2020. In 2015, they also worked at SWYKY as a Startupper and "Co-founder," focusing on creating a meaningful network for job referrals.

In 2016, they joined axèlero as the Chief People & Facilities Officer, overseeing HR and facilities management. Enrica then moved to Vodafone in 2018, initially working as a Digital Transformation Manager before becoming the Learning Manager and later the Skills Transformation, Learning and Employee Experience Manager. In these roles, they led training initiatives, including the launch of the Vodafone Digital Academy.

Currently, Enrica Lipari works at Growens as the People & Culture Director, where they lead the team in enhancing the cultural system, implementing a shared leadership model, and developing a "people strategy" to support the company's growth. Enrica'sresponsibilities include co-designing HR practices, focusing on the EVP, total reward, and people analytics.

Additionally, they are an Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School since 2022, where they share their expertise in the field.

Enrica Lipari (LION) completed their Bachelor's degree in Public & Organization Communication from Sapienza Università di Roma in the years 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Organization Strategies from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
