Kenneth Theriot is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and business growth strategies. As the Chief Executive Officer of TheRiot Agency since July 2015, Kenneth leads a technology-first growth agency that specializes in branding, demand generation, and digital transformation. Kenneth also serves on the board of GrowFL, providing support to second-stage companies in Florida, and is a trustee for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, promoting economic and civic interests. Previous roles include Global Marketing Manager at Flexo Concepts, Brand Marketing Manager at Wilson Farm, and Managing Director/Founding Partner at Viewspot Network, where Kenneth oversaw a multitude of multimedia projects. Kenneth holds a B.S. in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing from the University of South Florida.

GrowFL was created in 2009 and is dedicated to support and accelerate the growth of second-stage companies throughout Florida, by providing their leaders focused, efficient, and timely access to resources they deem important, such as connections with other second-stage company leaders, and to professional organizations whose expertise, experience, and products lead to the second-stage company’s continued growth and prosperity resulting in diversification and growth of Florida’s economy. Second-stage growth companies have at least 10 employees and a $1 million in revenue and possess an intent and desire to grow beyond second-stage.
