Hugo Gillotin

Hugo Gillotin has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Hugo is currently the CEO and Partner at Growin, a position they have held since December 2023. Hugo also serves as a Partner at Joyn Group, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, Hugo was the Executive Director at ATS4IT from January 2020 to November 2022, where they focused on innovation and creating value for clients. Hugo also held various management positions at agap2 IT from October 2012 to November 2022, including Director, Unit Director, and Unit Manager. Early in their career, Hugo worked as an Analyst M&A at HAITONG from January 2010 to September 2012, and as a Trainee at Kaplan from January 2008 to July 2008. Hugo also had a Summer Internship at L'Oréal in 2005.

Hugo Gillotin completed their education with a Baccalauréat in Scientific studies from Lycée Français Charles-Lepierre in 2004. Hugo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Finance from the same university, which they completed in 2010. In 2009, Hugo Gillotin also attended Copenhagen Business School for a one-year MSC program in Finance.
