Cathryn Dhanatya

Cathryn L. Dhanatya, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy, management consulting, and executive leadership. Currently serving as President/CEO and Co-Founder of Growing Good Inc. since September 2020, Dhanatya focuses on advancing social good through consulting services for non-profits and organizations in various sectors, including scientific research, health, and civic engagement. Dhanatya's previous roles include Chief Scientific Administrative Officer at Stand Up To Cancer and Chief Program and Administrative Officer at UCLA's Williams Institute. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Social Science and Comparative Education from UCLA, Dhanatya also contributes as a keynote speaker and coach for non-profit executives, influencing educational initiatives and research agendas across multiple institutions.
