Claudio Cubito

Claudio Cubito has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Claudio is currently the CEO and Co-founder of GrowishPay, an Italian fintech scaleup that specializes in embedded finance solutions. In this role, they have successfully integrated various open banking and bank-as-a-service solutions, reducing costs and time-to-market.

In addition to their role at GrowishPay, Cubito is also the Chairman of School Mission (ScuolaPay), a position they assumed in 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Cubito worked as the Managing Partner and Senior Trainer at Scotwork Italia, a company focused on improving negotiating skills through training courses and consultancy. Claudio held this position since 2011.

Cubito is also an active Angel Investor, having invested in various companies including Checkout, Standard Cognition, CreationDose, YoAgents, RoomMate, Girocredito, and TextYess.

Before their involvement in the finance and investment sector, Cubito co-founded EMP Mailorder Italia S.r.l. in 2007. Claudio played a key role in establishing and developing the Italian branch of EMP, a leading European rock mailorder company.

Prior to EMP, Cubito served as the Managing Director (CEO) of Mifar S.p.a. from 2004 to 2012.

Cubito's entrepreneurial journey started in 2000 when they founded Metallus.it, an online platform focusing on metal music. Claudio successfully managed and grew the platform until 2006.

From 1990 to 2004, Cubito held the position of Editor-in-chief and advertising manager at Metal Hammer Italia, a renowned music publication.

Throughout their career, Cubito has demonstrated their expertise in finance, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and the music industry.
