Miriam Bastia has a diverse work experience in the field of web marketing and consulting. Miriam started their career as a Stagista area Marketing e Comunicazione at Npo Sistemi in 2007, where they assisted the Marketing Manager in planning and managing partner meetings and events for IT training. After that, they joined Npo Sistemi as a Web Digital Marketing Strategist in 2011, where they developed and designed web marketing strategies and plans for B2B and B2C companies. Miriam also handled client management and project delivery from initial contact to project testing. In addition, they worked as a Web Project Manager, Interaction & Information Architecture Designer, where they focused on designing B2B and B2C websites with user experience and web usability in mind. Miriam also served as a Web ADV Planner & Content Editor, where they developed and planned advertising campaigns for traditional and web channels and edited website content. Miriam continued to gain expertise in web marketing by working as a Web Marketing Consultant at Digital Magics, Growish, and The Wish List, providing strategic marketing consulting services to B2B and consumer clients.

Miriam Bastia received their education at two different universities. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they obtained a Laurea triennale in Linguaggi dei media. Following that, they studied at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2008 to 2010, earning a Laurea in Teorie e tecnologie della comunicazione. Miriam also has additional certifications, including one as an Innovation Manager from Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, which they obtained in November 2019. Miriam also obtained a certification called "Eccellenze in Digitale" from Google, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
