Amanda van Allen

Amanda Van Allen is a seasoned educator and professional development trainer currently working at GROWMARK, Inc. since August 2022. With a robust teaching background, Amanda served as a high school teacher at Bloomington High School from August 2002 until March 2023, after initially starting as a substitute teacher at the same institution in early 2002. Amanda's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Illinois State University, received between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Teacher Education from the same university, completed in 2001. Additional professional development includes participation in the Romania Teacher Exchange and a Summer Academy focused on International Economics through the Illinois Council of Economic Education. Amanda also holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Benedictine University.
