David Neill

David Neill has a diverse background in finance and accounting. David started their career at Archer Daniels Midland as an Advanced Staff Accountant, where they prepared monthly profit and loss statements and inventory reports. David then worked at Evergreen FS, Inc. as a Controller for the Energy and Grain departments, where they prepared monthly gross margin and overhead statements and advised management on investment decisions. David later joined GROWMARK, Inc. as a Senior Internal Auditor, where they performed internal audits and drafted reports on audit findings. David then held roles as an Energy Accountant, Consolidation & Accounting Reporting Systems Manager, and Director of Agronomy Accounting at GROWMARK, Inc., where they managed various accounting functions and implemented system improvements. David's most recent role at GROWMARK, Inc. was as the Director of Business Process, leading a team responsible for processing customer and vendor invoices and implementing an SAP ERP system.

David Neill earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Illinois State University in 2001. David further pursued their education at the same university and obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Accounting between 2001 and 2005. David also holds a Certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Public Accountant in 2007 and a Certified Management Accountant in 2009. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis. Additionally, in 2021, David Neill obtained the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
