Nate Merrill

Nate Merrill currently serves as a Strategic Consultant and Executive Coach at Growmentum Group, specializing in executive coaching, staff structure evaluation, strategic planning, and crisis management. With extensive experience in church leadership, Nate has held various roles at Lakepointe Church, including Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor for Church Online, over a span of fourteen years. Prior to that, Nate worked as a Senior Director at RightNow Media and as a Minister to Students at both Shandon Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Garland. Nate holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
