Lee Van Staden

Lee Van Staden is the current Head of Account Management at Growmotely. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at Futurelink Recruitment from October 2020 to May 2021, where they were responsible for account management, sales calls and meetings with key clients, business development, headhunting, identifying and shortlisting talent, managing the interview process and feedback, and managing all criminal, educational and reference checks. They have also worked as an Account Manager at Progressive Travel Recruitment from February 2017 to April 2020, where they were responsible for managing recruitment needs, maintaining relationships with key contacts and candidates, delivering a high level of service, working towards sales targets, supporting colleagues, and sourcing new business leads.

Lee Van Staden's educational career includes a BA from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in English / Classical Civilizations, as well as certification from Harrison Assessments Int'l in Recruitment Accreditation, Debriefing and Coaching Accreditation, and Employee Development Accreditation. Lee also holds a certification from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Bachelor of Arts Degree - English & Classical Civilizations, as well as a Diploma in Desktop Publishing from Hirt & Carter.

They work with Rowland Okoli - UX & UI Designer, Theodora Gatin - Chief Marketing & Brand Officer, and Chris Tirpak - CTO. A direct report to Lee Van Staden is and Michelle Kruger - Account Manager. Their manager is Sarah Hawley, CEO.
