Jo Ruo

Jo Ruo has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Beauty Advisor at L'Oréal in 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they held various roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In 2009, they worked as an International Market Coordinator at Dairy Australia. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Manager of the Foreign Tests Department in the VIP Division at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. They then worked at Tom Ford Beauty as a Retail Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they became a Senior Sales Marketing Manager at United Media Solution. Jo Ruo currently holds the position of Head of Marketing APAC at Grown Alchemist since 2023, after serving as a Marketing Manager from 2020 to 2023.

Jo Ruo attended Melbourne Girls Grammar from 2000 to 2003. After completing high school, they enrolled in Monash University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Communication degree with a focus on Journalism. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Monash University. In 2013, Jo Ruo obtained the P.R. China Foreign Experts Certificate in Education from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
