Grown in Haiti is a Haitian-led nonprofit restoring degraded land in the mountains of southern Haiti through syntropic agroforestry, seed sharing, and community land stewardship.

Since 2014, we have planted and distributed over 25,000 trees, built water infrastructure, and cultivated a living nursery in Cap Rouge. What started as one nursery has grown into a network of farming families and local stewards rebuilding what extraction and neglect have undone — using knowledge, seeds, and practices that were already here.

We do not use the word beneficiary. The communities we work with are not recipients of someone else's vision. They are the vision.

Our work centers regenerative agroforestry, seed saving, and land stewardship led by those who live closest to the land. This is not just sustainability. It is a return to relationship.
