Gajus Miknaitis

Gajus Miknaitis is a highly experienced data science professional with a strong background in both scientific research and data analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Grow Progress since May 2020, Gajus previously held notable positions including Lead Data Scientist for MoveOn.org, where leadership of a data team was key to the success of the Real Voter Voices Project targeting millions of voters. Gajus has also contributed significantly to energy efficiency at Agentis Energy as Director of Data Science and served as Senior Data Scientist at Integral Ad Science. Prior roles include leadership and analysis at the Dill Pickle Food Coop and the Center for Neighborhood Technology, as well as postdoctoral research at Fermilab. Gajus holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
