Carolina Casas

Carolina Casas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carolina began their career at Sigue Corporation as a Corporate Trainer, where they provided training to operating groups and web agents in both English and Spanish. Carolina then went on to work as a Translator at Centro Cultural Tijuana - CECUT for a brief period. Carolina later joined HARMON HALL as an English Second Language Teacher, where they taught adult students and monitored their progress. Following this, they served as a Training Supervisor at Call Center Playas, where they designed and administered training programs. Carolina then worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Colegio Tijuana, where they taught children and teenagers and maintained open communication with parents and the school therapist. Carolina then transitioned to a role as a Regional Sales Manager at Claudia Casas Boutique, where they oversaw store operations, managed inventory, and trained sales associates. Carolina also worked as a Language Expert at Between the Lines Translations and a Staffing Associate at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. Most recently, they joined GroWrk Remote as an Assistant Account Manager. Additionally, throughout their career, Carolina has undertaken various freelance translation projects, specializing in legal, technical, medical, and research documents, as well as video subtitling, movie scripts, and magazine articles.

Carolina Casas pursued a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
