Ethan Lim

Ethan Lim is currently the General Manager at Growsari, a tech-enabled B2B platform that empowers over one million sari-sari stores in the Philippines. From August 2018 to April 2023, Ethan held various roles at Danone, including VP of Marketing for the company’s largest water business and business development for the plant-based products portfolio in the AMEA region. Prior to Danone, Ethan served as the Commercial Sales Director for Southeast Asia at General Mills, driving significant growth in that cluster. Ethan also led the marketing department at Samsung Vietnam, achieving market leadership in mobile. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Procter & Gamble, where accomplishments included leading brand activation and management for multiple product lines across Asia. Ethan holds a BBA in Marketing from the National University of Singapore and completed executive education at IMD in 2022.
