Nico Aldipollo

Nico Aldipollo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Sales Officer at Ramcar Food Group - Poultrymax Omnis Inc. In 2016, they transitioned to ENTOM Pest Control, where they served as an Operations Supervisor. In 2017, they held two positions: Customer Service Specialist (Order Management) at Monde Nissin Corporation and Management Control System Specialist - Rotisserie Operations at Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. From 2018 to 2020, Nico worked as a Regulatory Compliance Associate at Roxas Holdings Inc (ROX). Nico then joined Atlas Copco in 2020 as a Customer Service Support on a project basis. Since 2021, they have been employed at Growsari, initially as the Operations Excellence, Legal, and Project Management Lead - Expansion, and later transitioning to their current role as the Fulfillment Excellence Lead - MFC Operations.

Nico Aldipollo attended the University of the Philippines Los Baños from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on marketing and prices. Nico later pursued further education at the same university from 2019 to 2023, earning a Master of Management degree in Business Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Nico also obtained certifications in Customer Service Management & Distribution Management from the Philippine Institute for Supply Management (PISM) in January 2018 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Process Doctors Academy in June 2020.
