Kenneth Rivera

Kenneth Rivera currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Growth Acceleration Partners, starting in January 2024. Previously, Kenneth held the role of Manager in Customer Success Account Management at Microsoft from July 2021 to December 2023, overseeing a team of Customer Success Account Managers for clients in Canada. Kenneth was Chief Technology Officer at UpMeals from July 2020 to January 2023 and served as General Manager of Customer Success at Mobilize.Net from August 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included project management and oversight of IT, Human Resources, and Finance. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard as IT Service Delivery Manager for the P&G account and Escalation Manager for web hosting, as well as a position as Software Engineer and Technical Lead at CV3 Consultores y Asociados. Kenneth holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
