Wendy Sandoval

Wendy Sandoval has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Wendy started their career in 2006 as an Outsourcing Resource for BANEX-HSBC at Grupo CMA. From there, they moved on to CIC Tecnologias Informacion in 2007, where they worked as a Software Analyst, focusing on .Net software development, quality assurance, requirements definition, and graphic design duties. In 2009, Wendy joined avVenta Worldwide as a Quality Assurance Technician before transitioning to Digital Arbor in 2010 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2011, they started working at Growth Acceleration Partners as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later took on roles as a Services Consultant focused on QA and Customer Deployments. Wendy continued to progress within the company and became a Quality Assurance Lead in 2012 and later a Delivery Manager and Agile Facilitator in 2014. Currently, Wendy holds the position of Delivery Director and Leadership CoE Lead at Growth Acceleration Partners, where they oversee and ensures the high-quality and profitable delivery of projects for clients, manages potential issues, and supports other delivery managers in issue resolution.

Wendy Sandoval's education history includes a Software Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional, obtained between 2003 and 2009. Wendy also completed Leadership Training for Managers and Managing Workplace Stress programs at Dale Carnegie Training in 2013. In 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they attended INCAE Business School for a program in Design Thinking: Innovation Centered on the Client. In 2021, they participated in a course on Storytelling and Persuasion with Data at INCAE Business School. Wendy also completed a program on Visual Thinking and Webinar Marketing at Visual Thinking at Work, though the dates are not specified.
