Kirsty McDonald is a Partner at Growth Capital Partners since February 2012. Prior to that, Kirsty held the title of Associate Director at 3i Group plc from January 2007 to November 2011. Before that, Kirsty served as Group Development at Trinity Mirror plc from 2005 to 2007 and as a Partner at Latitude Partners LLP from 2001 to 2005. Kirsty McDonald attended St John's College, Cambridge from 1997 to 2001.
