Manonita Das has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Manonita is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Growth Channel, where they oversee ad operations and implements effective yield management strategies. Manonita also establishes strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the ad-tech ecosystem. Prior to this, Manonita worked at MediaMath as a Trading Director, where they managed revenue, budget consumption, and the growth of the APAC market accounts. Manonita also coached the trading team to improve campaign performance using data-driven insights. Manonita has also held positions at mediasmart Mobile, Affle, and RevX Inc. in various managerial roles, where they focused on client services, global operations, business and data operations, and account management. Manonita has also gained experience at HDFC Bank, Magma Fincorp Ltd., HEMRL (Defence Research and Development Organisation), and HPCL through internships and strategical roles.
Manonita Das completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they pursued a combined Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
