Cary Inouye

Cary Inouye has extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as President and previously as VP Operations at Growth.com since 2015, Cary coordinates multiple departments to achieve company goals, provides strategic direction, and analyzes practices to exceed financial targets. Prior to this role, Cary was a Senior Facilities Manager for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing operations for one million square feet of facilities and managing large-scale construction projects. Cary's earlier career included positions as Sales Manager at Pan Pacific Sourcing, Inc. and Foster Electric, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and key account development for notable companies. Cary holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
