Rick Spencer is the Managing Partner at Growth Factory Ventures, a venture capital fund in Sacramento, CA. Rick has built an investment portfolio of 50 companies across various verticals. Rick is the Co-Founder of KOx Labs and has previously held roles such as Vice President at HaneyBiz and Chief Revenue Officer at Protxx, Inc. Rick is a graduate of California Lutheran University with a BS/MS in Psychology.
