Mike Xuereb

Mike Xuereb has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike is currently the Owner of Amery House since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Mentor at Growth Gurus starting in September 2020. In the same year, they also became the Owner of Hotel19 Rooms, a boutique hotel with a unique atmosphere created through meticulous renovation using modern and raw materials. Mike has also been the Owner of MRX Investments since October 2019, where they provide advisory services and invests in start-ups, mainly in the hospitality and education sectors. Mike has served as a Non Executive Director at EC English Language Centres since September 2019 and at Chiswick House School & St Martins College since September 2017. Additionally, Mike has worked as an Advisor at Mindbeat from November 2019 to January 2021. Mike held the position of Non Executive Director at EC Meetings Company Ltd from June 2017 to January 2020. Furthermore, Mike's experience includes being a Director on the Enterprise Board at English UK from April 2015 to August 2019. Lastly, they have a long association with EC English Language Centres, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer from August 2009 to August 2019 and as the Chief Operating Officer from May 2005 to August 2009.

Mike Xuereb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Business Management from the University of Malta. Mike attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
