Tanya Morant

Tanya Morant is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solution architecture and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect & Delivery Manager at Growth Heroes since June 2023, Tanya previously held multiple leadership roles at Management Leadership for Tomorrow from May 2017 to June 2023, including Managing Director of Technology and Applications. Prior to that, Tanya was the Vice President of Education Programs at Cricket Media, where success included the redesign of an online community and implementation of agile methodologies. Additional experience includes positions as Vice President of Program Management at Network for Good, Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and CACI, and an early internship at Litton PRC. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
