Tom Gatz is the Co-Founder of Growth Kitchen, a company focused on enabling efficient scaling for delivery-first restaurants in the UK through data analytics support and scale. Tom previously worked as a Consultant at Kearney, specializing in Consumer & Private Equity. Before that, they served as a Business Analyst in the CEO Office at Intertek, where they designed performance management tools and supported the turnaround of loss-making locations in France. Tom also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at UNIL - Université de Lausanne and as the CEO and Co-Founder of BeBelge.

Tom Gatz completed their education in a chronological fashion. Tom started their education at Collège Saint-Hubert from 2000 to 2012, where they earned a Certificat d'enseignement secondaire supérieur général. After that, from 2012 to 2015, Tom attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management. In 2013, they participated in the International Summer Program at McGill University. Later on, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Masters in Management from the London Business School.

In addition to their degrees, Tom also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received a Staatsexamen Nederlands als Tweed Taal from Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO). In the same year, they also obtained a GMAT certification from the Graduate Management Admission Council®(GMAC®) and an IELTS certification from the British Council. In 2014, Tom obtained a TOEFL certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
