Annie Stefano, M.Ed., currently serves as the Head of Education and Strategic Advisor at Growth Molecules, LLC since October 2021, where responsibilities include delivering data-driven customer success strategies for various high-profile clients. As a Customer Success Advisor, Annie focuses on building customer success education and leadership curricula while supporting the development of an on-demand learning management system. In addition, Annie holds roles as a mentor at Essentials Accelerator by Gainsight and a coach at Catalyst Software, contributing expertise in customer success program development. As the founder of Ultraviolet Success, Inc. and a previous Senior Manager of Client Experience at DreamBox Learning, Annie possesses extensive experience in developing strategic plans, managing teams, and enhancing client engagement across diverse educational organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.
