Michelle Norberg

Michelle Norberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of the CFO Practice at Growth Operators since October 2018, Michelle has previously held senior roles in various organizations, including Corporate Accounting Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and Senior Accounting Manager at Illume. Michelle's career includes managerial positions at United HealthCare and Optum, as well as the role of Controller at Carlson Print Group. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at Cargill and as Manager of Financial Accounting at Golf Galaxy. Michelle holds a BBA and BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1999 and 2003.
