Lauren Kaplan

Lauren Kaplan is the Founder, Principal, and Consultant at Growth Ops Advisory, a process-driven HR partner that helps companies enhance the employee experience and refine management strategies. Prior to this, Lauren served as the Chief Operating Officer at Nomad Financial, which focused on supporting entrepreneurs by easing financial challenges. Lauren also founded Epicure Health and held various roles at The Advisory Board Company, MIT Sloan School of Management, Nike, ER Accelerator, Hale & Hearty Soups, Miraclesuit, and Macy's. Lauren holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSBA in Operations and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.
