Curtis Lehmann

Curtis Lehmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Curtis currently works as a Business Development Consultant at Jabian Consulting, where they assist organizations in responding to changing environments and economic pressures through organizational redesigns. Before that, they were a Business Development Representative at Growth Orbit, LLC, where they helped companies achieve predictable and scalable revenue growth through market understanding and engagement.

Prior to their current roles, Curtis was self-employed as a Customer, Operations, and Service Management professional from 2019 to 2021. Curtis also worked at ESG Solutions as a Manager in the Wireline Group from 2012 to 2019, where they developed operational policies and procedures to drive company growth and managed service and operations performance.

Earlier in their career, Curtis served as a Customer Service Director at Orange Business Services from 2007 to 2012, leading the analysis and refinement of service and operations delivery and support. Curtis also worked as a Systems Engineer at Computer Associates, Inc from 2005 to 2007, engaging with pre-sales clients and implementing ITIL best practices for network management and security.

Curtis's experience also includes the role of Director of Engineering and System Operations at Meetrix, Inc. from 2001 to 2005, where they contributed to the development of cloud-based video conferencing and collaboration solutions. Curtis served as a VP of Engineering at Think Tanks from 1999 to 2001, overseeing the design of network hardware and client software for secure IP-based collaboration services.

Furthermore, Curtis worked as a Systems Engineer at Olicom from 1998 to 2000, providing pre-sales consulting and network design for LAN/WAN migrations. Their early career includes a role as a Regional Communications Manager at Dresser Atlas from 1989 to 1999, where they led teams in hardware and software development for network migrations and mobile satellite systems.

Curtis Lehmann earned an Associate's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Louisiana Vocational Technical School between the years 1984 and 1986.
