Culton Koster

Culton Koster is a seasoned machine learning engineer with extensive experience in leading AI-driven initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Growth Protocol since November 2024, Culton contributes to advancing an innovative AI platform that aids enterprises in identifying and executing growth opportunities. Previously, Culton held the same title at NWO.ai, where responsibilities included overseeing product vision and implementing MLOps solutions. Culton’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Middlebury College, with additional studies in Behavioral Economics and English Literature at the University of Oxford. Additional roles have included research assistance in machine learning, data consulting for nonprofit organizations, and various internships in information security and education.
