Turning ambition into action.

I partner with growth-minded professionals navigating complexity — leaders moving through growth, change, and rising expectations — who want to lead with confidence and clarity.

My work is shaped by 25+ years leading teams and organizations through change, including senior roles at Cisco and AppDynamics. That background brings a strong commercial perspective, but my focus is always on the human side of leadership — and how people show up when the pressure is on.

Together, we focus on what shifts your growth trajectory:

• Cut through noise and make confident decisions
• Lead pivotal moments with clarity, connection, and purpose
• Build momentum without burning out (for you or your team)

I didn’t expect naming Growth Road to feel this significant. It marked a shift from work I’d been doing through word of mouth to something I was ready to stand behind, as trust grew and real momentum built. The name reflects what I believe about leadership: everyone is on a journey, and the choices you make along the way shape what comes next. My work helps unlock personal and professional growth — so ambition becomes action, and your trajectory changes.

Coaching that changes trajectories.
