Leslie Green

Leslie Green has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Leslie co-founded The Convergent Group in 2007 and served as its Co-Founder. Leslie then became the Founder and President of Gemini Consulting, a strategic marketing and consulting firm, from April 2007 to November 2016. During this time, they provided fractional CMO services to clients including start-ups, small to medium-sized companies, and non-profit organizations.

In 2019, Leslie joined The Brooks Group as the Director of Sales Effectiveness. Here, they worked as an adjunct facilitator and coach for corporate sales training and utilized TTI Success Insights for candidate selection and employee development. The Brooks Group is recognized as one of the top sales training organizations in the US.

From 2017 to 2021, Leslie served as an Expert Resource Speaker at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. In this role, they shared their expertise with the organization's members.

Leslie also has previous experience working at Oracle. Leslie served as a District Sales Manager from December 1999 to May 2002, and prior to that, they were an Account Manager from September 1996 to December 1999. During their time at Oracle Corporation - Sun Microsystems Subsidiary from 1994 to 1996, Leslie held the positions of Account Manager and Territory Manager.

Currently, Leslie is working as a Partner and CEO Peer Advisory Chair at growth10, starting in April 2021.

Throughout their career, Leslie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in strategic marketing, sales training, and client management. Leslie has achieved notable successes, such as exceeding corporate goals and increasing revenue through strategic initiatives.

Leslie Green holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
