In 2020, they moved to Growth99.com as a Human Resources Executive. In 2021, they joined EXL as a Human Resources Executive. Currently, they are working at Growth99.com as an HR Lead.

Shweta Chauhan completed their BTech - Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DPG Institute of Technology and Management between 2013 and 2017. shweta then pursued their Master of Business Administration - MBA in HR and Marketing from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies between 2018 and 2020.
