Graham McNicoll

Graham McNicoll has over 13 years of experience in software engineering and product development. Graham began their career in 2004 as a Co-founder and Senior Software Engineer at Worldlinked, Inc., where they developed innovative methods for increasing internet and computer access for the developing world. In 2005, they became a Senior Consultant at GC InfoTech. In 2007, they joined Education.com as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to Systems Architect and then Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In 2020, they became Vice President of Product and Engineering at Education.com, managing a team of 36 people in 3 locations. Graham also co-founded GrowthBook, an open-source feature flagging and experimentation platform, and serves as a Mentor for Engineering Leadership at Plato.

Graham McNicoll obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University between 1996 and 2000. Graham also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2017.
