Andrea McGuirt

Andrea McGuirt is currently the Vice President at GrowthCurve Capital. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at TransForce from June 2020 to January 2021. Andrea has also held the position of Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners, LLC from July 2020 to January 2021. Andrea has been in the finance industry for over 10 years, starting their career as an intern at William Blair & Company in 2010. Andrea then worked their way up to Senior Analyst at William Blair and Company and later Associate at Winona Capital Management. In 2018, they joined Palladium Equity Partners, LLC as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2020.

Andrea McGuirt completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Andrea then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Most recently, Andrea McGuirt completed a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.

They work with Michael Finke - Chief AI Architect, Sajjad Jaffer - Head of Data, Analytics & Machine Learning, and Gerry McCarthy - Lead Operating Executive, Healthcare. Their manager is Sumit Rajpal, Founder & CEO.
